Farabi is part of KazNU’s research infrastructure. Faculty, students, and partner labs work on the same campus that hosts the machines; the Cluster links compute to teaching, CubeSats, and national projects.
The centre exists to serve KazNU’s research mission and to give others in Kazakhstan access to serious compute.
